The objective of All American Leadership's Foundations of Leadership Boot Camp is to improve individual success through inspiring, empowering, and challenging participants to build leadership skills in order to positively influence and contribute to organizational cultures.
The program focuses on conveying what it means to build and sustain an elite culture within your organization.
Participants will understand how the importance of Character, Empathy, Trust, Ownership, and Learning in leading self and teams. Participants will be able to relate these concepts to their organization in order to successfully manage projects and programs.
Established on a foundation of Character, Empathy, Trust, Ownership, and Learning, this program is your guide to understanding and developing your leadership skills in four domains: "Leading Self - Building Leaders of Character", "Leading in Relationships - Empathy and Emotional Intelligence", "Leading in Teams - The Role of Trust", and "Leading in Organizations - taking Ownership". The session is interactive to ensure that ample opportunity is provided to each participant to explore in depth the culture and/or leadership challenges that are most important to him or her.
All our instructors have over twenty years’ practical experience leading teams and organizations; most have served in the armed forces of the United States or as first responders. Additionally, our team members have extensive experience working in private industry as well as coaching managers at all levels.
